What Our Residential Facility Visits Look Like.
Each visit follows a consistent standard of clinical assessment, advanced treatment, resident education, and clear communication with your facility’s care team.
Hands-on wound treatment. Our clinicians provide appropriate wound care services, which may include cleansing, dressing changes, measurements, treatment application, and ongoing monitoring.
Clinical assessment. We evaluate the wound, surrounding skin, healing progress, contributing health factors, and any signs that may require additional medical attention.
Resident and Caregiver Education . We explain the treatment plan in understandable terms and provide guidance on pressure relief, skin protection, nutrition, mobility, and other factors that may support healing.
Care-Team Coordination.Following the visit, we communicate relevant findings and recommendations to facility staff and other authorized members of the resident’s healthcare team.
